PSG Confirms Offensive Struggles in Bourgogne

In Bourgogne, PSG confirmed its ongoing offensive issues, maintaining its position at the top of Ligue 1 after the 14th matchday. With a crucial Champions League match against Salzburg just days away, PSG continued to struggle in front of goal, registering 25 shots, 11 on target, yet failing to score. Despite fielding real forwards, the team failed to capitalize on opportunities, opting for passing over finishing.
Gonçalo Ramos, still regaining form after three months out, remains under the confidence of coach Luis Enrique. However, Randal Kolo Muani, who had less favor, was substituted as the coach aimed to show flexibility in the face of a challenging week.

Attacking players like Bradley Barcola and Kang-In Lee lacked sharpness, with the latter failing to make a decisive impact.Even with two international players, Ousmane Dembélé and Kolo Muani, entering the game, PSG couldn’t convert their possession into goals, leaving Donovan Leon of Auxerre to shine with several key saves, becoming the star of the match. Enrique’s tactical adjustments—moving players into new positions—had no real impact on the result. The team remains lacking in precision and confidence in front of goal, continuing their frustrating run without a win.
